This Scottish u3a Jamboree event was planned by u3a Scotland for u3as across Scotland and took place at Craiglockhart Campus in Edinburgh on Friday 29th August 2025. u3a members across Scotland to met, sharing ideas and taking part in over 40 activities.

Members of the Paisley and District u3a attended and a number of our groups were represented by taking part in some events. The Chair, Kathy, thanks all those who managed to attend and participate in the Jamboree. There were around 300 u3a members from across Scotland. Those in attendance seemed to have enjoyed a good day.

Paisley and District u3a gave a good account of themselves by offering taster sessions in Board Games and presenting what takes place in the Garden Gang. We also had some success in the Pickleball competition. Our "singing for fun" workshop was one of the most popular events with over 40 participants singing our hearts out!
