The Paisley and District u3a 2026 AGM was held at this meeting.
After the AGM, Tricia McKinnon will spoke on the Paisley Mills and their embroidery.
She shared interesting stories from the needlework section where she worked. She also detailed how embroidery and tapestries were developed by J&P Coats threads. Members were delighted to be able to see some of the needlework afterwards

The doors open at 1:30pm. There is time for a chat and also some refreshments (£1) for tea, coffee and biscuits. If you can, please bring your own mug to save on washing up afterwards.
